A stream of blood trickled down from Conner's lip as he felt nearly every bone in his body crushed or broken badly. Standing over the nearly lifeless form, several of The Light's most powerful agents. With a combination of Superhuman Strength and extremely skilled martial artists, the foes, made very short work of the genomorph.
Approaching the injured young man, came the telepath Psymon. Smirking evilly he said in his psychic voice, "Psymon says, tell...." As this declaration was made, semi-transparent rings coming from his forehead, all of Kon-El's memories and experiences were fed into the villain's mind directly. This was then routed directly from him into a nearby form that held a striking resemblance to Superboy in many ways.
The other Superboy then glared down at his broken, weaker, self and gave a smirk of his own. Unlike Psymon's, it wasn't the standard supervillain smirk but something entirely unique and different from what had ever been placed on the face of a super-criminal again.
Superboy had fallen.....
Crashing through the top of Mount Justice, Kent landed on the combat pad. Cracking the floor/screen that was commonly used for sparring. "COME OUT!!" The Kryptonian clone shouted at the top of his voice as the suit glowed a bright red. The entire structure practically shook under the force of his roar, nearly causing the landmark to crash down. Everyone within a 20 mile radius heard the cry, though who would answer would be seen.

M'gann herd Conner and smiled. she wondered where he had gone and had missed him. making her way to the combat room M'gann jumped in to Conner's arms. "Conner i missed you where did you go." the young girl smiled and waited for Conner to hug and hold her back. she was after all his girl friend and she adore him. M'gann reached up and stole a kiss from the young boys lips. "Conner you missed school today, is everything ok?" M'gann was worried about Conner.

The kryptonian was surprised, and very angered, by the girl's display. Even though the clone was more than aware of Conner's and M'gann's relationship, this Superboy himself held no such feelings towards the girl. Shoving her away from him, his eyes began to glow red with heat vision and he said to the girl, "the Conner Kent you know is dead," each word said with a venom of the deepest contempt for the original. "I am his replacement." After saying this, Superboy prepared to loose a beam of full-powered energy directly between The Martian's eyes.

Liyang Yoon thought that this was going to be a normal night, besides the fact that he was in a new time period. Little did he know that it was far from a normal night. He was in Happy Harbor hoping to surprise Kara with a visit. Liyang had a slight smile plastered across his face. As Liyang continued down his path he noticed everyone had stopped in their tracks, staring at something falling from the sky toward a mountain. A sudden roar was unleashed throughout the area shortly afterwards. Everyone had startled looks upon their face, including Liyang. Everything in his right mind told him to just leave it alone, but for some odd his feet was carrying him toward the mountain.
Using his electricity to help boost his jumping ability, Liyang made short work of the climb to the top of the mountain where he found the large hole. Staring down, he saw the two people who were familiar to him; M’Gann and Conner. Even he knew something was off here. He could not hear what was being said, but Liyang could stand back no more when he saw Conner push M’Gann away. Yes, Conner did have his anger issues, but Liyang was sure that he would never do anything to intentionally harm her.
Liyang leaped through the hole left by Superboy as he built up electricity around his entire body. He slammed his arms and feet on the ground. Once he made impact Liyang released all of the electricity in an attempt to stop Superboy. ”This isn’t any of my business but I can’t just sit back when a guy put his hands on a woman,” He said, ”I don’t know you that well, but this doesn’t seem like you.” He was standing between M’Gann and Superboy now. ”Are you alright M’Gann?” |

M'gann was in shock. she just stood their and she could feel the tears run down her face. she was angered and sad at the same time., she didnt care that the 'new' Conner wanted her dead. she got in to conners mind~WHAT DID YOU DO TO CONNER, BRING HIM BACK! YOU CANT JUST KILL PEOPLE~ M'gann looked at liyang. "Liyang thank you but you need to get out of here, this Conner will have no second thoughts of killing you." looking back at Conner she began to think to him ~what about kara, what will happen to her if she finds out her big brother is evil? this will hurt her. she looked up to conner, and he is the only family she has.~

The electricity had no apparent affect on Superboy, his true kryptonian physiology combined with the telekinetic barrier making it nearly impossible for energy assaults to make a difference. Turning his head to see the source of the attack, the clone saw the source of the attack to be one Liyang Yoon, someone that the weak Superboy apparently didn't care for. With his memories in hand inherent feelings of protectiveness overcame and eyes began glowing a hell-like shade of red.
The mental assault then came pouring in from M'gann's shouted telepathic voice. "GET OUT OF MY HEAD!!!!" The kryptonian shouted as he unleashed a full blast of heat vision in the direction of Liyang. The attack was aimed directly between the weakling's eyes, though the accuracy would suffer because of his imbalance from the telepathic feedback.

M'gann pushed the boy away and took the hit, wincing in pain she flew back in to the wall. hitting with such force she cracked the wall and flopped on to the ground. looking up at Conner with tears in her eyes. ~please Conner, please stop fighting me, and leave the blonde out of this. he has nothing to do with us.~ standing her ground she let her body become invisible. floating to the boy she new so well she reached out and touched his face.
he was the same Conner she had always seen. he looked like Conner sounded like Conner but he wasn't Conner he wasnt her Conner, not the Conner she loved dearly. ~Tell me what happen conner.~ with that said to his mind she looked over at liyang hoping he was ok.
The martian girl was worried about Conner and she didnt know what to do. she was lost and again the young girl didnt know what to do. this reminded her of the first time she started the young justice team.
