Using his abilities, Aqualad also helped get the innocent to safety. Luckily there did not seem to be a problem with getting them to safety. The major issue was the gas. Aqualad could slowly but surely feel the toxin getting to him so he knew it had to be getting Wally. Aqualad was sure that Joker blocked the path to the roof somehow. If not, Wally would literally be there in no time. But it was situations like these that Aqualad strived in, where he really showed his leadership. "We take a shortcut."
Aqualad kicked a water fountain causing it to burst out water. The eels on his arm began to glow as he connected his water bearers with the water. He signaled for Wally to jump on so that they could go. Once he jumped on, the water began to quickly rise until they were at the rooftop. "There is no escape. I will say it once again, give up and make this easier for yourself." |

Wally couldnt help it anymore he was down for the count, the gas got to him. The orange haired boy fell to the ground with a big laughing smile on his face. He wanted Aqualad to leave and get out before he was in dangers as well. Wally watched in horror unable to move from the ground. He tried to speak up so that he could tell his dear friend to leave but the words wouldn't come out.

Joker was laughing in the helicopter, he tried to speak serval times but just couldn't laughing, he finally spoke. "I would but you're friend is having such a good time. HAHAHA. He pointed towards KF who was laughing on the ground. "He won't survive for the next hour... he took out a syringe gun and fired into KF's hand. "Know he won't survive 5 minutes! HAHAHA!" He started laughing maniacally as he made a hand gesture for the pilot to take off. He tried saying something but the engine of the helicopter was to loud. He made the hand sign for wait a second. He picked up a megaphone " I would get to the hospital fast." The helicopter took off.

Aqualad was determined to get the Joker, but he wasn't willing to risk his friends life or anyone's life. Honestly, the gas was starting to get to Aqualad as well. He looked over at Wally who was laughing menacingly and made the concious decision to let Joker go. He placed Wally over his shoulder and used his water bearers to summon the water to get them back to ground level.
He jumped into a nearby ambulance and placed Wally on the stretcher. "The gas has already got to him. We must hurry to the hospital," He said calmly, "I fear I may be next." |

He watched with glee as aqua lad took kid flash back down to the ground. "Yeah you coward you better run! HAHAHA. he shouted as loud as he could. He just looked at all the chaos he created, children and teachers a like will both need a very very good psychiatrist. He took pleasure in seeing that these so called 'heroes' couldn't stop him, the next generation failed to stop him which meant he would be unstoppable. He sat in his seat and told the pilot to fly towards the outside of town. The pilot nodded and the helicopter flew away.

Wally passed out. he was seeing the black of his eye lids. he hoped that his friend was ok and that everyone would be ok, he was depressed, how could he kid flash fail the school he called school. he failed the team, he was going to leave after this, their would be no more wally west on the team. he was a lame hero and he would not forgive him self for this loss. his own school was under attack and he couldnt save them and bring down the joker. where was batman where was anyone. maybe this was their plan on weening out the losers, and this time it was wally west turn to fail. the orange haired boy was going to tell batman when he got better he was quitting. he was no use to the team if he couldnt stop the joker.
