Personality
Wally is the class clown or the team goof ball, he is a very flirtatious red head with a lot of spunk. He loves jokes and will often try to make funny comments in any situation the team is in. the lovable Wally is very impatient due to his very fast mind, and will often jump in to an situation without thought, this mostly leads Wally to be in a lot of danger. Wally will often make comments to any women he finds attractive regardless of their age. Wally also has the heart for science, in his high school he is in advanced science.
Wally can be very clumsy more times than others. The fastest boy alive could be the clumsiest boy alive; he mostly tends to trip over his own two feet. He loves his friends dearly and would do mostly anything for them. In the group he seems closer to robin who eventually told him his secret identity the two are mostly like brothers. Wally is really in to the Super Hero stuff he is a genius who knows all about the superheroes.

History
Wally was born and raised in a small town called Blue Valley Nebraska, his parents were emotionally distant which left Wally to be close to only one relative, Iris. Wally dreamed of living in Central City and meeting his hero The Flash. What Wally didn’t know was that his aunt iris west was married to Barry Allen who was The Flash.
During the summer Wally went to stay with his Aunt who introduced him to Barry, at first Wally thought that Barry was boring until he promised Wally a meeting with Flash. the Flash told Wally about how he had go his powers, that a lightning bolt hit some chemicals and spilled on him, a couple days later the same accident happened again but with Wally. When Barry reveled himself to be The Flash he let Wally join him as Kid flash, originally Wally wore the same costume as Barry until he got his yellow suit.
Wally and Barry had a lot of adventures and soon Wally established his good hero side. A couple years later Kid Flash met Robin and Aqualad they joined together to defeat Mr. Twister, it was the first time that the sidekicks had joined forces. Soon after returning to Flash, KF was ready to join The Justice League.
Sample Roleplay
The orange haired boy walked along mount justice with nothing to do. He ran his hands thrugh his hair as he stopped and peered over the ocean, he couldn’t help but wonder what Barry was doing. Wally was use to spending every hour of the day with the man but now that he wasn’t around as much made Wally feel a little alone. Wally looked up at the setting sun and put his goggles on. Strongly the song ‘I wear my sunglasses at night’ ran thought the young heroes mind. He let out a chuckle and like a lightning bolt in the night he was gone, it felt nice to just run. Wally stopped at the flash museum and looked up at it in awe. One day he would be just as good as his uncle, maybe even better. Wally turned and began to walk away, the boy was fast but not very accident prone, Wally’s face met the ground and he let out a painful groan.
“Are you ok their boy?” Wally looked up at the voice. It was that of a girl, Wally quickly got up and smiled, “yes thank you for asking, you’re really pretty.” The girl turned a faint red, she was so beautiful. “Thank you.” And in a blink of an eye the girl was gone. Wally blinked some more and wondered if she knew robin being the whole disappearing act thing. Wally looked around for the strange girl wondering who she was. Eventually he shrugged it off and went on with his life.
