Powers and or Abilities

Genius level intellect: Don't let the clown gag fool you. He's a master mind at chemistry, gadgetry and engineering.
Immunity: Well he doesn't have diplomatic immunity, But he does have immunity of all chemicals in any form he's immune to Poison ivy's chemicals and his own Joker venom.
Gag weaponry: Has tons of weapons which are made for clowns. Cyanide pies, Flowers which squirt sulfuric acid, Flowers traced with Joker venom, razor sharp playing cards, Joy buzzer that can kill a man with a handshake and Jester boxes that blow up.
Hand to hand combat: Joker isn't an expert at hand to hand combat but enough to last him about 5 minutes against Batman, this is mostly because of his resistance to pain.
Resistance to pain: Again thanks to this he can last 5 minutes against the batman
Feared: Even if it isn't know he is one of the most feared villains gotham will every see, as in the future he disables Barbra, kills Jason Todd and beat Damien Wayne into submission.
Master at disguise: Even though he looks like that a little make up hear and there and you wouldn't even recognize him.
Escapology: How do you think he escapes Arkham all the time.
Expert at knife fighting: Joker is talented with knives both using one handed and double handed.

Personality

Joker has many personalities but only one that fits him. 'Unpredictable'. As many psychiatrists had tried and or trying to find out what Mental illness(or illnesses) he has, so far the only one he truly has is M.P.D (multiple personality disorder) which he uses to multi-task (season 1 episode 14 of young justice). He actually is nice to his friends unless they turn on him like spraying me with fear gas! "Gosh will you let it go." Shut it scarecrow. Any who Joker has mixed emotions towards Harley sometimes he truly loves her, sometimes he hurts her for the fun of it and sometimes he just plainly uses her to get out of jail faster or to just escape the bat. Joker's favorite weapons are knives he has a whole collection of them many which he has killed with. Joker commits his crimes with a smile on his face, Is fully functionally aware he's made up why else would I be talking in third person. HAHAHAHA.

History

Jokers history before crime is unknown as he has no fingerprints or dental records to track no his true identity the only thing we do know is how he became the Joker. The Joker used to be called Red hood a local mobster working for the mob. While robbing a store near Ace chemical processing plant, this was the first time he met the Batman. The Batman chased him through the Ace chemical plant where the Joker fell into a pit of chemicals which changed his life forever. It corrupted his mind, changed his body to make it look like the body of a jester, this was the beginning of a rivalry which would last a life time. Joker became the most feared villain in gotham he struck fear into peoples heart and always put a smile on peoples faces. Joker was the one who compromised the caves location attacking the justice league making them relocate. A while later he joined the injustice league secretly working for the the light. His part of the plan was to control the vines which he did perfectly until robin destroyed the tree. In the end he got in a knife fight with robin but was stopped when Batman bataranged his knife out of his hands. When the injustice league surrender Joker disagreed with this and used his gloves to summon vines to release Joker venom to kill everybody but himself. It failed when batman knocked him out and Nabu sucked in all the Joker venom. He is know in prisoned back in Arkham.

Sample Roleplay

Boom! Only thing was heard as a giant hole appeared in the wall Star labs. Out running came the Joker first carrying a brief case in one hand and a bloody knife in the other. He was followed by 3 men with clown masks carrying rifles in there hands. "quick you fools before a hero comes." The Joker said in a taunting voice. All of them arrived at a armored vehicle as the first sirens were heard "Took them a while to get here. Must be getting sloppy" this he said sounding disappointed. One of the men went around and entered the driver seat as Joker and the two others entered from the back. Just as the cops arrived the Joker was gone.

The car sped away being pursued by 3 motorcycles each one unique "Great were being chased by the brats. you there gimme your gun!" he pointed to one of the henchmen who in a swift movement gave him his gun. "Stay in the van at all costs." Joker opened the back "You there help me get on the roof." he order to one of the men. the man stood up and helped him get on the roof. On the roof Joker open fired at the motorcycles, as a arrow shot right passed him "You're losing your touch. HA! he said out loud not caring if the driver heard him. The chase lead them on the open freeway at that exact moment Joker ran out of bullets. "Come on where is it, it should have been here by now!" He shouted to himself. As he said that a heading towards the truck. a few moments before it passed Joker jumped on it landing on many pillows. The armored truck and the 3 motorcycles slowly disappeared from his sight. A buzzing noises was heard from the truck Joker saw a walkie-talkie as he picked it up a familiar voice came on "Did you get part?" Joker slipped his hand into his purple blazer and took out a weird shaped piece.
"Of course I did Lexxy? do I ever let you down?"
"Bring it here you'll be paid accordingly"
"Sure thing." He threw the walkie talkie off the truck and laughed to himself thinking. "I always have the last laugh."
